- MECOA/K&B
recommends the purchase of insurance at additional charge to protect your goods
against theft or breakage which might occur in transit. If you decline insurance
a proof of mailing from the Post Office will relieve K&B of any liability
for lost or damaged merchandise.
- You
may select tracking and insurance for shipments at an additional cost. These services
are offered for your protection but may be declined if you desire. All goods are
shipped F.O.B. Monrovia, CA. K&B is not responsible for the value of merchandise
lost in transit.
- Insurance
claims for loss or damage to Canada and all other foreign countries will be the
obligation of the customer. K&B will provide the customer documentation and
assist with the required procedures with the U.S. Postal service. Other than that
the claims process is out of our control.
- MECOA/K&B
only obligation for lost uninsured packages will be to provide proof of mailing.

| PAYMENT
TERMS |
- All
prices are in U.S. Dollars. Payment must be made in US Funds.
- Shipments
within California are subject 8.25% sales tax added to merchandise total. Simply
multiply your parts total .0825 and add this to your total. Shipping charges are
not taxed.
- All
major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) are accepted.
We also accept Money Orders, Cashiers Checks and Personal Checks. (Note that personal
checks may require clearance time).
- NO
PAYPAL ACCEPTED
- Sending
cash is not recommended. If you send cash, do so at your own
risk.
- Payment
is required prior to shipment. No C.O.D. or open account orders.
- Returned checks
are subject to a $25.00 handling fee.
- Charge
backs on credit cards are subject to a $30.00 service fee. If you feel there is
a problem call us first. Do not dispute the charge on your credit card first,
you have a 90 day grace period with your credit card company to dispute a charge.
- Wire
transfers are subject to a $35.00 processing fee which should be added to your
total.
