Piston Ring for K&B .61 and Veco .61
Standard Piston Ring used on all K&B .61 and most Veco .61 engines. This is a free floating ring, not pinned.
The very first
Veco .61's made in the
late 1960's used a dykes type
ring
This ring is not available.
This ring also
fits the McCoy .60,
Hornet .60, Merco 61, The Original Sky Devil, (Not the RJL version, it
uses 14-0101)
and probably others.

To remove piston the cylinder liner must be removed, then access cap on rear of engine is removed so the wrist pin can be pulled out through the access cap. You may need to use a pin to snag the pin.
Wrist pin must be removed to get connecting rod off crank pin.
